what he's done is increased the antagonism toward america there by having a failed foreign policy. and harry truman used to say, "the buck stops here" talking about the presidency. and the buck should stop at the president's desk. he has created that climate. he has created the anti-american sentiment. and he was the one that was trying to sell us a bill of goods that al-qaeda no longer -- al-qaeda no longer had any strength, that terrorism had been defeated in the middle east. this president has failed to do what he was trying to convince us he had done. that's why i say that's a problem. the laziness part, in my opinion, comes from his failure to stay up to date on the intelligence briefings that he -- that people prepare for. the evidence is that he missed almost 60% of the face-to-face briefings with the cia and substituted for that a quick skimming of what -- what the summery piece of paper on his ipad. there's no substitute for that discussion for a president to be up to date. in my opinion, it's the most important half hour of the day. >> let me ask you, what's going on righ
